Holiday Inn Express & Suites Saint John Harbour Side

The room was very clean, tidy, and comfortable. We are disappointed in the lack of a smart tv to access our streaming accounts. Cable had very limited options, and the screen size And resolution is disappointingly small compared to other hotels. Our key cards did not work when we got to our room and had to be reprogrammed by the front desk. Being inn owners ourselves, we know the work that goes into this business. We appreciate all of the amenities available here.

Brandon Cook served us when we entered the lobby. His service was outstanding and he made the booking process easy and quick. He went above and beyond to make our stay the best possible experience!!! We will definitely be back!!

I had a wonderful experience at the Holiday Inn Express Halifax. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained from the moment I walked in. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed.nnThe room was spotless, cozy, and surprisingly spacious, with everything you’d expect for a relaxing stay. The complimentary breakfast was a highlight — plenty of options, fresh, and always well-stocked. Parking was easy, and the location made it super convenient to get around the city.nnOverall, a great value and a great stay. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I’m in Halifax!

Second day at this fine hotel and both my lovely wife Pat and I continue to enjoy our stay.nWe just came away from their supplied breakfast and we were both amazed with their layout. Hard not to be fulfilled with the many choices. Very impressed with their breakfast layout .nOnly complaint, from me, is the constant sound of the air being circulated through the fan which is always running with no way of turning it off. Pat had no complaints.nVery clean room. Curtains drawn keep outside lights from filtering inside.

Had an emergency trip to St John and we are staying at the Holiday in Express. Absolutely amazing, comforting feel. Beautiful entry area, very warm and inviting. Attendees are very friendly and helpful. Amazing fresh hot breakfast. Great way yo start your day, whether here for adventure, pleasure, sports or like us Hospital visits. Highly reccomend for family and pets!
