I've been a patient of Dr. Pede's for almost 30 years, she has cared for my children, now adults, since they were born and I can't say I have ever met a more caring and empathetic person in health care.

I have been a patient of Dr. Manson for 21 years and have not one bad thing to say about her. I never have to wait a long time for my appointment as she doesn't overbook. Sometimes if there is an emergency she has even squeezed me in. If I just need to talk, she will let me. I hope she never moves or retires as I would be lost without her. I never had an issue with her support team at the old location and minimal interaction with the new team so I cannot comment on any "rudeness" comments here.

I requested to be removed as a patient from this horrible FHT. I have been trying to get an appointment with Dr. Trojan for over three weeks. I work downtown Toronto and cannot just get up and go when I want. Unsure why they are a Family Health Team when they seems to be working as separate practices. Also the front staff are horribly nasty and really rude. I can't stand a place that tells me a patient not to be rude to the staff, but its okay if they are.

I have been trying to make an appointment with Dr. Trojan for weeks but she is always booked. The receptionist suggested that I come during walk-in clinic hours between 4 to 7pm and see the resident Dr. I drove all the way from downtown Toronto and arrived at 6:30pm only to be advised that the resident Dr. is fully booked. They should be advising patients to arrive by a certain time so we don't waste 40 minutes in traffic only to be turned away. They obviously have no respect for our time and need more physicians.

I was referred to Dr. Kostoplous, and made an appointment to see her. Her last slot was 3:30, and I took time off work to make sure I got there on time, only to be told my appointment was scheduled for 1:30. I explained the situation, and the receptionist was extremely unhelpful, and said I would never be able to rebook with her again since I was a no show. I explained to her again that it was through no fault of my own, but she said there was nothing that could be done. Extremely unhelpful and incompetent staff here. A complete waste of time. Would not recommend.
