Very rude receptionists. Upon viewing the website it says the doctor is accepting new patients but when you go in they’ll say there’s a wait list. The website should have the most up to date information so patients do not waste their time. Also it says they are a walk in clinic but no where on the website does it state that the walk in doctor is not available everyday, again the website should have this updated. When I asked both receptionists about this issue they both rolled their eyes like they had no idea what my question was or as if they didn’t care. Completely unacceptable that I had to take my child outside during this weather for no reason.

This clinic administration is super difficult to work with. Very unfriendly staff and usually makes things unnecessarily difficult. No appointment communications , no reminder calls and not at all considerate about patient's genuinesituation. Very milaterized binany attitude towards things and not going to have any compassion or what so over. As a taxpayer who is funding the Candian healthcare , not happy with the way patients are being treated. I am sorry and I usually stay away from posting negative commentary but there has been a consistent bad experience getting through their administrative processes just for usual things. Going to start exploring other options soon.

Dr.Doss is lovely but her front receptionist is rude. She chastised me like a child for not being able to get ahold of them before she offered to make me a phone appointment. Entirely unnecessary. EDIT: I missed a call from the office and returned it. Receptionist got huffy, "I didn't call you! I didn't call you! It was the pharmacy - call them!Call them ! " While I was in the middle of asking her not to yell at me - she hung up on me.

Old town pharmacy’s staff is very rude and aggressive even with kids too, they don’t have patience. waited for 1 hour to get my prescription and its not easy for waiting one hour with little kid and still their behaviour was aggressive and rude for kid. i will never go there anymore. My first and last experience was very very bad. If i will have an option to give them less than zero star they deserve more than that.

Poor service once they sell the medicines and not even willing to take a thing in my case AeroChamber plus Flow Vu which I didn't even open and seal pack which is a over the counter thing. Every customer has a right to return if not opened the stuff which they denied. So won't recommend to anyone

They are just making money and i feel don’t really care about the patient. Just asking you to book appointment after appointment and does not try to solve the issue at the first visit. Moreover Dr. Saad is rude.

0 STAR - WORST TREATMENT BY THE DOCTOR. My wife had fever, sore throat, acidity, chill, body pain and lack of sleep. The doctor had only suggested TUMS - OTC product and did not even prescribe any other pills to treat the rest of the symtoms. Moreover, he wrap-up the phone consultation in 5mins. It seems that nowadays some doctors are more towards handling more appointment instead providing best treatment in favor of patients. In addition, the receptionist was not polite at the time of booking appointment.

It says it’s a walk in clinic, however the doctors only take patients by appointment. Furthermore the receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. I used to come here often with my kids a few years ago but will find a new walk in clinic that actually takes patients as walk ins.

Front desk is outright rude and unprofessional. Anytime you call she Instead of having any courtesy will directly put you on hold and please thank you is not in her dictionary. Talks like she herself is the doctor and for simple documents you need to follow up again and again. Lady Doctor is Doss is ok but it’s hard to talk and reach her and any special cases reference doctor she gives are non responsive. I was in Mississauga had better & faster response times during Covid but disappointed with their lackadaisical approach towards their patients
