I was referred to Sharp Shapes from a friend that was in bad shape. He was not able to walk or even train. We both study martial arts and have been for a long time. Not being able to do what we love is unbearable. After seeing a few other therapists, I when down to see the group at sharp shapes. Everything that was promised was delivered and more. I was on some heavy pain medication to even be able to move. In a few short months I was able to cut the medication down to nearly nothing. The group has a great energy about them. Always positive and very knowledgable and have a great understanding of what needs to be done. They work together and treat people with great care. The friend who referred me is back to running every second day and feels 100% better. As for me I have to still do a small back surgery but I thought I would not be able to move until the surgery was done. Not only am I moving, but training two to three hours every second day and feel great. Thanks guys for an awesome job. The 40 min drive to and from is worth it.

Excellent service! The health care providers are by your side for the entire session and ensure you leave with more knowledge about your concerns than you had coming in. What I appreciate most about this clinic is their emphasis on active care. Not too many physiotherapy clinics have access to a training facility like they have. Keep up the good work!

I have frequented Sharp Shapes Health for many years with the need to use many of their services - physiotherapy, massage therapy, and more! The Sharp Shapes team is dedicated to ensuring that each patient receives the best of care. The therapists are very knowledgeable and have been able to assist me with each injury I have requested care for. I would highly recommend Sharp Shapes to anyone needing therapy on an injury, orthotics or a stress relieving massage!
