They are just the worst. If you are going there for a work injury, spare yourself. They have thier own agenda. I had heard how bad they were from so many people, but I decided to find out for myself the hard way. Thier wcb "specialist" is a chiropractor that figured he knew exactly what to do with me more than the doctor or physiotherapist knew. The first day he came into my doctors app on his own and decided I was fit to lift up to 20lbs with what turned out to be bursitis from an ultrasound I had to demand to get. That doesn't even scratch the surface of the experience I've had there. It's just a horrible place.

Unlike some other reviews I found the staff polite and the physiotherapist knowledgeable and seemingly eager to me back to my originally healthy state.

Horrible service. Swore sometimes the receptionist never even listened to what I was saying half the time.

I am not recommended to the person who want to go to Family Practice Doctor. The receptionist is rude and impolite. I asked her gently the information about the steps to do seems I said something bad her. Dedicate to her, the patients have to work hard to get money , then they are going to share it to you. Please don't treat us like garbage

Very Poor Service. they are Keep Booking appointments and Take about 2-3 hours Extra then your Original time. If your Time is at 9 plz go around 11:30 what a Waste of your time. Avoid this place as much as You can.
