The staff at Endurance on 8th are phenomenal. No matter what your goals are, Kevin, Wendy and the team will help you reach them. They care passionately about their patients and clients. Kevin and Wendy have helped me prepare for two fitness competitions (if I can do it, anyone can!) and now I am working towards my third. I am in my mid 40s, and in the best shape of my life thanks in part to them.

Dr. Kevin Ashby and Dr. Wendy Carvalho-Ashby have been the force behind the most profoundly positive changes in my life! They are so passionate about holistic health and wellness, and about taking care of every aspect of your well-being - while at the same time, completely fostering and caring for high-level athletes. This is a balance you just don't get in most health or fitness practitioners. They lead by example, guide with professional knowledge and skill, and encourage with genuine care and concern. Their clinic is so much more than chiropractor or physio care, it's about natural health, wellness and fitness.

I have been doing weight training for many years. And the more work out the more sports injuries I have had. So, I need to find somebody who can fix my injuries and also gives me a guide to the safe way training my body. Thankfully Dr. Kevin is giving me the guide now. All those tips he gives me are very useful and effective. I can not wait to get more! If you have problem on your body after work out but don't want to give up what you are doing then this clinic will help you. Never give up!

I started working with Wendy from Endurance Health over a year ago, and the results and support have been nothing but the best. I first went to Endurance Health looking for support for nutrition and a healthier overall body composition after training for a few shows previously and not getting the results I wanted, and also not getting the proper nutrition support which led to me having an unhealthy relationship with food and a negative self image. After working with Wendy over the past year I finally have the balance between my social life and my fitness goals. I have sent many friends and family to Endurance Health and I highly recommend the services and support they offer. The part I am most thankful for in regards to Endurance health is for the community it builds. Thanks for all your help and I look forward to crushing more goals!
