I had been searching around for a clinic that would provide me with a rabies vaccine, as most clinics had been unable to order any in due to a supplier shortage. When I called Passport Health I immediately noted the more professional tone compared to other clinics, and got excellent customer service over the phone. I asked about the vaccine and I had all three appointments booked in the same phone call. At the appointment I appreciated the professional friendliness of the manager I consulted with. She provided me with a bottle of apple juice as I had not yet eaten that day, and when it came to the shot I hardly felt a thing; it was the most painless needle I've ever gotten. I would highly recommend the services here and will 100% be returning for any future vaccinations.

While they were able to provide, unfortunately we ended up really disappointed with the services here. With questions regarding cost not being answered and basically avoided, our prescriptions ended up being twice as much as what was mentioned in our consultation upon pick up at the pharmacy. 

Although we are two people, my partner and I sat in on the same consultation. We received the same information that was basically what we had googled, and we were charged for the both of us. Families or couples travelling to the same place going to the same consultation- AVOID. 

I would not recommend this place at all. I know travel clinics can get pricey for their niche services, this is exactly one of those money grab examples.

My experience with Kristin T was excellent.  I had never been to a travel clinic before and I was a little nervous re: needles and what kind of vaccinations I'd require.  Kristin was extremely friendly as well as professional and walked me through exactly what to expect.  She was a wealthy of knowledge re: my travel destination.  She confidently walked me through the potential risks as well as vaccinations based on the activities I had planned as well as where I would be staying. I very much appreciated her honesty and customer centric approach- she was not pushy and honored the decisions I made.  Lastly, I would not hesitate to go back to Passport Health when planning my next vacation and hopefully, I'll be lucky enough to work with Kristin again!  :)

Lina the nurse did a great job of explaining the vaccines that we needed and why so that we could make an informed decision. She was very friendly and she made getting needles - even for my 7 year old - not so bad.  This clinic has great customer service.

Bettina was super helpful and caring when addressing my travel needs and vaccinations required for my upcoming trip.  After she administered my first vaccine, I felt lightheaded, so she offered me some water and juice, and gave me time to recover.  There was a ton of information, but everything came in a nice little package for me to take home and read.  I would highly recommend Passport Health for travel vaccinations!
