Calgary STI Clinic

The wait was bad enough in the clinic, but a friend of mine was never called back when she should have been. So I called and waited a good hour before hanging up It's rediculous

Read all these review before I went to the clinic. I was almost tempted not to go because of the poor review. But when I went there I was surprised by their service. Yes the wait time is long, so I went there very early. If you have concerns with the wait time, then make out time to go there very early

Be ready to spend at least 4 hours in this clinic before your name will be called especially if you went there after 10AM. What I do is I go there 30min before they open, that way I beat the line. But then again if only the staff can do their job a tiny bit faster, it shouldn't be as horrendous as it is now.

I am grateful for the services they provide, but the wait is the worst part. I got there when they opened on a Saturday and still had to wait 4 hours. The system is quite inefficient. They either need to increase the efficiency or open up more clinics or have more nurses on duty

I work mon-fri and this clinic is only open until 5pm each day. I tried to go at 255 today, left work early, and they said they have already reached their cutoff for the day. I can't get into my doctor for another 3 weeks. It is really sad that this clinic is here for emergencies (which mine is!!!!!) And yet I have to suffer for 3 weeks until I can get into my doctor..... thanks........
