Only allowed to take a picture outside. I go here to see my Doctor. It's a family medicine teaching clinic run by University of Calgary. There are also Dieticians here and Social workers. Also if you need to get blood work done the lab is on the 3rd floor. The Doctors are on the eighth floor. Not sure if they're taking new patients. Good to phone and check. There is an emergency area on the main floor too. Also at the other end  on the main floor is Good Earth Cafe and a Pharmacy. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The wait may have been considered long but I don’t think it was. I was not actively dying, bleeding or in critical condition so I had no expectation to be seen and treated the minute I walked in. I just knew that it was probably best that I didn’t wait until Monday to be seen by my physician and I was correct.nnI think the safe consumption site is a great resource and it looked like people appreciated it.nnFor those upset by the wait and then leaving, was urgent care really the place for you or would a walk-in clinic the next day have been more appropriate?nnYou have no idea what is coming in behind the closed doors but I am fairly confident that no one on staff here is purposefully making people wait and not triaging appropriately.nnThe staff were very friendly and professional but I was also friendly and respectful. I was treated the same way that I treated them. I also witnessed the staff including security and peace officers treating people respectfully and very calmly.nnI was surprised by some of the Google reviews. Perhaps my expectations are different than some of the other writers.nnI am grateful for the staff and the care I received and in the amount of time that I received it which was about 4 hours from the time I arrived to the time I had a diagnosis. I’ve waited the same amount of time getting my hair done and would have waited longer to get in to see my PCP. Great experience.

Me and my wife had an appointment today at the dental clinic on 6th floor. We both had an exceptional I say that again exceptional experience! The lady doctors and staff are fabulous, treated us with compassion, kindness and delightful love - especially Lynn and middle eastern sounding doctor sorry I didn't get her name because of how panicked I was.nThank you so much everyone. I wish you all the best of everything.

I’m deeply disappointed with the experience at your health institution. The staff lacked basic courtesy and professionalism, and there was an absence of friendliness or a simple smile. In a healthcare setting, these qualities should be standard. Furthermore, I felt that the doctor treated me as though I was exaggerating or not being truthful, which left me feeling disrespected and unheard. This was an awful experience, and I hope you address these concerns to improve the quality of care provided.

Went to the dental clinic for an emergency wisdom tooth pull. Cannot stress enough how amazing the staff and doctor was. Doctor is a funny guy, distracted me with jokes and it was all over and done with so fast! Amazing work, amazing staff. Last time I went to get a tooth pulled somewhere else I was a panic attack mess. This time I barely cried and really felt heard and cared for. I hope the staff and doctor see this review. Y’all made that so much easier than any other dental team and I’m not *as* concerned about my next appointment with you!
