Chumir Centre has one parking lot with payment options including passes: visitor/patient monthly ($85), daily ($26) or half-hour ($2.00 per half hour or portion)with some discounts for seniors, etc., with authorization forms. Some parking lots/stalls are designated for people with disabilities only.

I had a great experience at this urgent care today. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We didn’t have to wait long at all, which was a huge relief for me, my kids, and my husband.nnA special thank you to Dr. Raj, who was amazing. He took his time with us, listened carefully, and made sure we felt comfortable and understood. Nurse Sara was also wonderful—very kind, patient, and attentive. She gave us all the time we needed to explain our concerns and made the whole visit much easier.nnOverall, we felt truly cared for. I highly recommend this urgent care to anyone looking for professional and compassionate service.
My family doctor is located here and I cannot say enough good things about not only Dr. Chan, but every other staff member that I’ve interacted with. I’ve never felt uncomfortable or that my concerns are being dismissed, and I genuinely feel that they care about providing great care.nnYes, there are folks who are facing some challenges outside the building and sometimes inside, but my experience has always been that there are typically professionals around hopefully giving them the support they need. I have never felt unsafe.
I visited this hospital on Saturday late morning. There weren’t too many people, and I was seen by a doctor within 15 minutes of my arrival. Despite the circumstances that brought me there, my experience with the staff was excellent.nnI was first seen by Triage Nurse Kirsten, who listened carefully and was very kind and welcoming. Then Nurse Kim performed some tests — she was also wonderful: careful, compassionate, and genuinely caring. She did her best to make my stay comfortable and relaxing.nnDr. Evan Bensler then explained my results and provided recommendations. He was amazing as well — he listened attentively, connected all my symptoms, and showed great empathy and care. I wish I had such a family doctor.nnI truly appreciate the help of everyone I met that day at the hospital!
I was here yesterday to see if my hand was broken and receive treatment for some human bites. Every staff member I encountered was kind, compassionate and helpful… the doctors, nurses, security… everyone. I felt deeply cared for and heard at a time when I really needed it. The entire process was smooth and quick as well. Being treated with such care and kindness not only eased my physical pain, but eased my emotional, mental and spiritual anguish as well. I cannot thank the staff members of this hospital enough. You are all truly Earth angels and I honour you.
If i can give 100 stars to the nurses in Sheldon M. Chumir Health Centre in the 5th floor, i would give them all the stars. Reproductive health discussion is such a hard thing to deal with on their day to day work as nurses and making us patient comfortable and feel cared for in the process gives a sense on how passionate they are on their work! From the registration front desk, the assistant nurses, and laboratory they are all amazing! Truly exceptional work!
