Great staff. Dr. Chan is great. He’s been my family doctor for a few years now and has always made me aware of what I need to do for my betterment. The times to set-up an appointment is an issue for every clinic and hospital, so I’m not even going to fault them on that.

Dad had urgent medical need. Nicole went above and beyond to arrange appointment for him. Thanks, Nicole for saving the day! Dr. Li and her team took good care of my parents with professionalism, compassion and knowledge.

Very kind, hard working and compassionate staff at this clinic, my mother who has cognitive decline sees dr Leung. We trust dr Leung and always have a good experience here. The support staff couldn’t be more helpful, patient and gentle with her.

I would love to give this place a better review as the services provided are excellent. The head pharmacist, Dr. My, is nothing less than wonderful. she gives opportunities for patients to meet with her personally and discuss medications they’ve been prescribed. Monitoring, dosage, side effects, and effectiveness - she works with you to find the best prescription for you and your health and then is able to prescribe and fill that prescription for you directly. She also works alongside your doctor at the clinic to treats an action plan for your health. 10/10 My GP, Dr. Leung is also great. she is attentive, quick, and makes you feel heard. she is not afraid to refer out to people who specialize in your healthcare needs and does phone follow ups as needed to make sure you aren’t going without care. Sadly i have to bring my rating down by three stars because of the absolutely abysmal customer service. the woman with dark hair who works the front desk is atrocious. Unpleasant at best. her customer service skills are non existent. She consistently treats patients with a dismissive and abrupt attitude. Talking down to them and making them feel uncared for. not enjoyable when you’re doing well but beyond distressing if you’re experiencing any level of stress - which is bound to happen in a doctor’s office. Today it hit a pinnacle as this woman succeeded in reducing me to tears as she berated me for a mistake the front desk staff made, insisted that I had done something wrong to deserve or cause their error and then made zero effort to fix their problem. Being treated like an insolent child by staff at your doctor’s office is not easy to reconcile. I thought i could deal with the terrible customer service but now i’m not so sure. I received no apology nor pause when it was clear i was visibly upset by the entire frustrating mistake. and felt small and helpless to fix it as the staff seemed to not care about their error nor about the stress their error had caused me. The mistake might not have even been a big deal if i had not been treated so poorly as a result of it. Sadly, I will likely look for a new doctor after this experience. if you think you would fare better under these conditions or are content to experience conflict when trying to access healthcare, by all means. But this is not a good fit for me.

The doctor seemed friendly the only reason they're getting two stars. They are very unreliable and aren't good at communicating with their patients. My first appointment was cancelled only hours beforehand and, I live an hour and a half out of town. They managed to rebook, that one went fine. This is my second appointment with the same doctor, it's supposed to be a 15 minute phone call and I've been waiting 3 hours for her to call, so far. No one warned me that she wouldn't be able to make the appointment. When I call them, best they can tell me is that she will *try* to call me this afternoon... I'm still waiting. Great way to waste a day off sitting by the phone, if that's what you're into. Do NOT book an appointment here if you have anything else going on, that day. Ironically, we're supposed to be discussing my anxiety, among other things. She said she was well-versed in mental health issues, which just makes this worse; like she knows very well how this would affect someone in my situation. The resources I've been offered, I don't even qualify for. It's like they're trying to push people over the edge when we're already struggling. If you can find another clinic, do that.

0 stars if possible. Front desk never listens, rude all the time, Dr C cannot diagnose anything. Had a skin rash and was given some antibiotic ointment which worsened everything. Went to a walk-in nearby and was told this could be skin cancer. Got it sampled and low and behold, a skin cancer. Would never recommend this place to anyone ever. If you go here, leave. If you are goign to go here. Avoid being treated horribly and potentially left with missed major conditions.

I have only had experiences with one doctor here, but she has always been kind and helpful. Very much cares about my health, which is what I need and want from my family doctor.

Kind staff, from the front office, pharmacy and doctors. Dr Leung has been attentive to health issues and includes all info I need to make the best choice for my health.

Booked an appointment with Dr. Young, I came 10 minutes early. Had to wait about 45 minutes to be accepted. Dr. Young spent with me only about 10-15 minutes saying that she is late to another patient and said that I have to book another appointment where she is finally gonna do something. Ok I booked two weeks in advance another appointment. I was 10 minutes late and Dr. Young refused to accept me. Lady at the reception said that she is fully booked for today and because I was 10 minutes late, she took another patient. So my appointment has to be reschedule for completely different day. I never had such a terrible experience with family doctors honestly. Definitely not going back to this clinic.

A week with no medication. I've been going here for a few years and their service has always been okay - but not great. Staff are friendly but doctors are often dismissive and talk down to you as if you're uneducated. Going into the Christmas holidays my appointment was cancelled, then so late over the phone the next day the pharmacy was closed. The next day my pharmacy couldn't read the doctor's name and there was no licence provided so they couldn't refill my prescription. Because the clinic was closed by this time again I had to wait once more until the next day - Christmas Eve. The result? Closed again despite being listed as open admittedly there is an alert their hours may be affected, but it still says open and their phone tree is basically broken push star to return does nothing then it auto hangs up so now I'm going to go a week without my medication. I know a person shouldn't wait late to refill their prescription but I had the better part of a week. Could not be more annoyed by the poor service, and concerned others could experience gaps in their medications as well. Good in a pinch, but do not recommend if there are viable alternatives.
