I used the Calgary Narrative to help my preteen son with having someone to talk to. He's experiencing some challenges with more expectations as he gets older and the stress of being a teen. My son and I had a conflict, and they referred us to family therapy. We didn't feel this is what we needed, but I still wanted my son to have therapy. Once I expressed that to my sons counselor, she stopped answering my emails. Let my son have two last sessions and then never booked us again. I'm extremely dissatisfied as mental health needs to be taken seriously more now days then ever before, and they have completely disregarded my sons needs. These people are my out to help anyone, and I highly suggest you look elsewhere.

My therapist and I work really well together. Took only a few weeks to be seen, which is better than most sliding scale services I've explored. My needs were heard and I really love the narrative style of this therapy, it works well with my neurodivergent brain.
