Caribou Coffee

This location is by far the best one in the area! Mostly friendly staff and they make the drinks as they're supposed to be made. In my opinion this location has been the best one in the area for many years now! I just wish they had a little more room to stay a while.

First time here, it is a nice place for meeting instead of study due to not a lot of spaces. Good customer service! Im not a coffee drinker and don't know about the different between Mocha and Latte. I asked "Leah" the staff here, she so nice and knowledgeable about coffees. I only wish there are more spaces and plus more things for kids too. Saw kids with parents, they look bore and mad because there arent much thing for kids to do while parents are meeting. :)

I was helped by Jaydn and her customer service was extremely poor. my money was thrown towards me. Almost like she was in a bad mood. I’ve been going to caribou for a while now and this was once of the worst experiences i’ve experienced. I will not go back to this store.

Service was great. Coffee wad made okay. Missed the extra caramel and whipped cream I requested.

If there was an option for negative stars, this is Caribou location would certainly be deserving. I have been having issues at this store for over one year and a half. Drinks are very inconsistent, more often than not they are completely wrong. Menu items run out regularly. I once ordered at the drive thru speaker and waited over 12 minutes in line for them to tell me at the window they were out of almond milk. Employees are not well-trained. When being asked about an incorrect drink, the staff becomes argumentative. I have given this Caribou store every opportunity to correct the mishaps by conversing with corporate and local management to make them aware of the issues. I was promised giftcards on multiple occasions. To this day I have received one for $20, which was much appreciated, but does not come close to the amount of money I've spent in wrong drinks. Management makes excuses and does not rectify the situation. Even with regional upper management involved, there has not been many improvements. Overall, this is very disappointing and as a result I will not ever be coming back. Caribou, you have literally chased away a very loyal customer....... Bummer 'cause it was a super convenient stop on my way to to work.
