I've always found the staff at Capilano Registry really helpful in every procedure I've needed to complete. Specially, taking the Road Test here is a great idea for a bunch of reasons. The route is nice and smooth to follow. Most of the time, there aren't many cars and trucks around, even when you're trying to merge onto the road. Secondly, let's talk about the examiners. I took the test three times, with different people marking it, and they were all nice and professional. I just want to say a big thank you to Douglas for being so kind, respectful and human. He'll make you feel relaxed and secure, even in a nervous situation.

I had a great experience here with my road test. The ladies at the front were friendly and helpful and although the weather was bad Victoria helped me to have confidence and do my best in spite of the road conditions. Victoria truly had a calming effect on me, I highly recommend Capilano registry.

Although I personally had great service, what I witnessed yesterday around 3:35pm was absolutely unacceptable.nAn elderly gentleman was being served by the staff member seated farthest from the main entrance on the left. He was soft-spoken and had several papers with him. From the start, the staff member spoke in a tone that sounded impatient and dismissive. It appeared there was some difficulty understanding him, but he clearly needed time and respectful assistance, just like any other customer.nWhat upset me most was seeing him left standing at the desk while he slowly gathered his belongings. Our elderly community members deserve patience, dignity, and kindness when conducting their business.nBecause of this experience, I will not be returning to this location. Customer service should reflect professionalism and compassion at all times, especially when assisting seniors.

For the road test on a merge lane to a free way. if city forget to remove the construction sign and the sign says 50 maximum, what should you do? Do you think it is fair to get a F by following the sign?nnWhen do parallel parking, have you ever heard about “too close to the curb kinda common ?”did not even touch the curb, i first thought that was safe to be nice and close and away from the road. And “too close to the car in front of you, the examiner says at least 2 meters away I kinda confused then what is the point for parallel parking? And most of time shouldn’t we pull up ahead to get closer to the car in front of us? like what is the point of parallel parking?nnThe registration is being nice and professional, so 5 start for them but the examiner? I wish everyone here has road exam will get different one than mine!” Hope you guys all have the examiners are taking their position as a job not a privilege!
