I was there today for a vehicle registration renewal in the early afternoon. The Indian lady wearing yellow dress/jacket on this daywho served me had some ridiculously bad and crappy attitude with zero customer service skills. The way she was talking had let me feel like I owe her some slavery. Need to replace such a crappy staff with some humble and polite staff who knows how to talk to customers and have some customer service skills.nnI was been there several times and the other staff I dealt with are polite and humble but this time this lady was an exception.

I had my road test with Douglas, he gives very clear instructions in advance, you are able to anticipate and prepare well in advance. Makes you relax/less tense during the road test.nI did fail the first time, valid reasons, great feedback from him after the test to allow you work on your blind spots and understand what went wrong and how you could improve.nWould highly recommend, if you know your stuff you are in the right place.nOverall great customer service from the registry staff, friendly and quick.

Usually, my family prefer to visit this registry due to less wait time and nice staff. But, today when we visited there due to renew our ids, one of there staff member look like a Filipino lady with golden hair with spectacles attended my husband. While assisting him, my husband noticed her rude behaviour without any cause while ignoring id related queries. Even i also noticed her rude behaviour and attitude while we asked query about our document. Again, she ignored us and started taking a phone call and talking in her own language for couple of minutes. After she ended her phone call. She said, “she is not here to explain anything,You should know that.” Again we tried to clarify about document address querybecause if we were sure then why we would ask her question?? and she started talking aggressively,”you need to get off we have more people to attend”. We both shocked how and why she behaved like that. She seemed racist. She spoiled our whole day with her behaviour. She should not forget she is also an immigrant she needs to respect everyone and their time.

Service was fast and efficient. My wife came here to renew her drivers licence and she was helped right away. The lady that helped her was friendly and helpful. There is plenty of parking outside and easy access to the business. Overall it was a great experience.

Went in today for my drivers test and as soon as I walked in already felt like i was in the right place, right time. My examiner Doug he was very kind and calmly tone. I recommend people to come here for first timers taking their road test. Safe to say he made feel good and gave me a boost of self confidence, after the road test he explained to me all the mistakes that I made but in a way that he did not made me feel stupid however he made me feel and realized that it is all good to make mistakes and could improve overtime! Doug is professional in his field.
