ATS Traffic

Cut off by this truck May 24 in Leduc around 9:00 am. Not sure what training is offered to your drivers. Advise this driver that when he realizes he is in the wrong lane the use of a signal light will usually result in someone letting him in to the lane he wants to be in and forcing your way into a space the size of a Smart car without using your signal light causing hard braking from others is not the preferred move. And after all that he ends up halfway into the crosswalk for the full red light. ???

I had a bad experience with an employee of ATS at Lendrum Shopping Mall on Thursday, Sept 21st. I parked and got out of my car, took my dog out of his kennel, leashed him and was walking across the parking lot to the dog groomer. An ATS employee got in front of me and told me I had to move my car as the road was closed. There was no signage where I parked to indicate the parking stall I was parked in was closed. He rudely told me to look at the side and there were road closed signs pushed off to the side of 5 or 6 open stalls. Pretty poor signage and indicator as to what was closed. I told him I would be back in 30 seconds to move my car and that the signage was very poor funny as that is what ATS does. The ATS employee would not let me walk, got in my way, started yelling at me that I could not take my dog and that I had to move my car right now. He physically kept jumping in front of me not allowing me to walk the short distance to the dog groomer. Another patron heard him and walked around him and told me she was parked a stall over and I could take her stall. I put my dog back in the car and moved stalls. Unfortunately, I had to come back to Lendrum Mall to pick up my dog. I parked in front of the groomer’s shop got my dog and was backing out of my stall and heading out like I always do from this location. All of a sudden this same employee was telling me to back the other way, I was already out of the stall and turned in the other direction so decided to just leave. This same guy ran and jumped in front of my car and refused to move to let me out as the short roadway had been was changed to a one way. There was no other car there coming from the other direction I could have driven out with no issues but he refused to get out of my way so I had to back up and by this time there were two cars entering the parking lot so he made a big deal with waving his arms etc for his audience; again the signage was poor and I didn’t see the signs. At one point he put his hands in the air and said go ahead and run over me making another person on site believe I was trying to run him over. I know this as I asked the other person is this the way your company treats people and had a conversation with him about this incident. I called ATS to speak with someone about my experience. I was put through to a Patrick, I left a message last Thursday and have not received a call back. Pretty shady all the way around!nnUpdate Oct 16th - I emailed as per the companies reply to this review and gave them my phone number so they could call to discuss my experience and I never heard from them. They are obviously not interested in correcting the issue.

Very nice place, amazing people, easy check in and check out. Nice candy in a jar by the office door. I had 2 while unloading. :

These guys arrived with 2 trailers and 40 signs and blocked off part of my road and alley. 1 day of work was all they did. Now theres signs left everywhere and my alley is blocked. They redirected traffic to drive over my neighbors driveway. Brutal.nLooked at what they did... they cut out a 4 foot by 2 foot chunk of road. In the same spot they did 3 months ago. Put a plate on it so people can drive on it!! Dont direct traffic onto private property.

On May 24th 2019 one of your contractors intentionally caused an accident. he has delayed my vehicle claim multiple times by failing to report the accident within a timely matter.nnHe received a careless driving ticket which he attempted to fight forcing me to take time off. He then reported the accident 3 1/2 months later; then placed blame on myself further delaying my claim even more by not telling the whole truth. i would love to sit down and talk with the regional manager to discuss this matter.
