BluePrint is a store that carries amazing products. The staff was super helpful when it came to deciding on what products would match. If you're a pillow person, then this is the store for you!!

This store never gets old. Blueprint combines quality and comfort, and the sales staff is so friendly and well informed about all of their unique pieces, always a great experience!!!

I had a pretty disappointing experience with Blueprint Home. I saw a photo that they posted on their Instagram and immediately went to look for the beautiful side table in the photo on their website. When I couldn't find it, I messaged them on Instagram to ask if they had the table in the photo in store. I didn't hear back for several days so I called the store. The employee who answered said that the owner manages their social media and that this person isn't the most tech savvy. If you're going to use social media to advertise your business, use it properly! But I digress. The employee who I was speaking to over the phone suggested that I email her the picture so that she could tell me if they had it in store. I did so and again never heard back! This was a $600 side table that I was fully intending on purchasing for a client ON THE SPOT! Rather than give them my business, and my clients' business, I scoured the internet until I found somewhere else that sold the table and ordered it from there. This would have been an easy sale for the Blueprint team and unfortunately they lost it, as well as any other future business from me.

In one weekend I went to several furniture stores and made a decision to purchase a great sofa from Blueprint. I ended up there totally by accident as I took a wrong turn and drove by and stopped. My intent was to buy a sofa at Suede down the street, however, I was very reluctant based on the client service. I thought if they were this impersonal and cold during the sales process, what would they be like if I had a problem with the furniture. But the sofa was nice..... After visiting Suede a second time to look at the sofa with a friend, I convinced my friend to come to Blueprint with me to look at another sofa. He too was surprised by the coldness of Suede staff. So we went to Blueprint and despite it being busy, we had the most amazing personal service. Kim, the salesperson, took the time to understand what I wanted, what I disliked about a particular sofa and liked about another. She took the time to review other sofas carried by the manufacturers which weren't in the store. She was both personable and thoughtful. I ended up buying an amazing sofa and felt confident about the store and the process. There was no hesitation, just comfort. Definitely recommend Blueprint. Now I just look forward to its delivery.
