Little disappointed at the 1209 Dundas location. Went in to buy some custard tarts. It seems each is independently owned. But the tarts at this location looked old, as if they sat there for a long time and the taste wasn't right (custard wasn't smooth). Unfortunate because Caldense used to have a reputation, but now there are better bakeries in the same vicinity. I wouldn't recommend going to 1209 Dundas ever again.

One of my all time favorite bakeries. Been going to them for years. Pastries are on point the bread is to die for.

Dunda and lakeview has a brasilien waitress that is arrogant and unfriend.

Not as nice as the other location near Dundas and Bathurst. Also, the pastries weren't as good, and customer service was pretty much non existent. Will only be going to the other one in the future.
