Caldense Bakery

Went there to grab a couple pastries for a friend and I. Nothing had a price OR a name; there was no way to tell what anything was or what it was made of except by eyeballing it. When I asked if there was a price list, the server acted like she had no idea what I meant. How odd of me to ask for prices *in a store*. The pastry itself tasted like a hostess bar. You could get better quality buying an old box of Twinkies.

Great bakery, reasonably priced, with friendly helpful staff. They always have a nice selection of fresh breads and desserts daily. They also have simple meals like breakfast, sandwiches and a daily soup that is delicious.

Have been here many times for their shrimp rissois, which are really delicious. They have a good selection of desserts and fresh baked breads too. Have yet to try their breakfast as I've eyeing it for a few months now.

Younger girl working the bakery counter at this very moment is a miserable soul who clearly hates her job. Just threw the receipt on the counter and not even a thank you. Find a new job hun, perhaps one where ignorance is acceptable because customer service just isn't your thing.
