Burrito House

Asked for cilantro and onion on my carne asada tacos- classic preparation. They arrived with neither, but loaded with sour cream cheese, lettuce and tomato. Chewy and unpalatable. The last time I came here my friend ordered a quesadilla and it came as just 4 taco sized corn tortillas with cheese on them folded in half. I try to come to this place because it is close to my home, but I just can’t anymore when they prepare stuff this way :/

Great place, and they get orders right. It is open late, and they’re fast. This place is legit, and it popular. I call in and drive over. Make sure to try both the red & green salsas. Food is average, I usually just go because it’s convenient. But today I felt like giving them a go and see what else I could discover on the menu, the guy thats usually there always gives great service I mean he’s friendly, attentive, on top of the register and all orders multitasking, he wasn’t there today. So some lady was there, when I tell you she’s definitely a new vibe, I recommend going elsewhere when shes there. I watched her touch the tablet with the glove that she’s prepping the food with and I called ahead of time and she placed me on hold, I could hear that she forgot about my call because she was taking additional orders from walk ins. I could over hear that orders were running behind and not getting sent through to the cook, I mean it was a hot mess. Good luck.

Pretty good Mex restaurant. Prices are pretty good, steak is cute into cubes instead of chopped, and ingredients seem good. Green sauce is so good.Food: 4/5

If you are stone cold sober, chances are you will not enjoy this establishment’s offerings. Grabbed the 2 taco plate and a small guac and chips for lunch. Portion size was great! Unfortunately, I enjoy well seasoned and flavorful food, which I sorely did not receive. The guac was bland and reminded me of factory made green stuff they sell at the Jewel. The chips were also bland and did not have a good corn oil flavor I’ve become accustomed to at Mexican restaurants. Calling “beef” “steak” doesn’t make that cut of beef “steak”. It was bland see a theme? and an unidentifiable cut to me. IMO not worth the “market price” they are charging, especially since the price of meat has been coming down for the past few months. With so many wonderful south of the border options in this city, I recommend not settling for subpar drunk eats.

Burrito House has always been the top place to get burritos and tamales. I love how they prepare the meat and grill the tortilla. I have been eating there for 25 years.

The promised land is real! This place does it all, great prices, amazing food, tons of options, and it's open late. You can't beat what the burrito house brings to the table. The food is home style but you get exactly what you pay for and then some. I do a lot of music at my rehearsal space which across the street so I eat here a lot. In a normal week I eat here once for sure, twice maybe.

Consistent and good. Very traditional. I’m a fan of their carne asada and they’ve got a lot of places to sit.

If you know anything about food and how it should taste, you would absolutely know that the fryer oil has not been changed for a very long time. Nasty w/ extra greasy.

I enjoyed my food it's good late night spot to eat some good Mexican food. They can and bottles of coke last time I saw. Dining room on the other side to dine in.,take out or they also have deliveries with DoorDash and Ubereats.Food: 5/5
