Reviews

I've been to the clinic a few times now, each with a different assistant and a different vet. I cannot find fault with anyone I've come into contact with, and they were all extremely friendly and respectful. This clinic also doesn't try to upsell you on procedures and tests. Everything they suggested were in the realm of reasonable and rational course of action. Highly recommend!

Going to this vet is never a chore with the thorough and cheerful care you/your pet receive. Been taking my two cats there since late 2017 and nothing has been a surprise and I've never felt like I'm trying to be sold anything, which I've experienced elsewhere.

I take my dog here. He is overweight and dropping in lbs.. he is a rescue. Not from Canada him being overweight is not my family's fault. He is a reactive dog to both people and he has selective reactivity to dogs so exercising him can be a struggle. But i am personally working with him everyday on training well heres the thing.. All the Vet Techs here LOVE him and are super sweet and understanding. Never had an issue with the vet techs love them all. I do like one of the vets i am bad at names my apology but. On the past couple visits the vet i saw was very rude and judgemental, and even blamed me for my dogs weight. I had to explain several times that he is a rescue and i am working on his weight. Its harder to lose weight in the winter as his metabolism is slower. They tried really hard to make me switch to their food instead of his raw..I felt very insulted by the way this vet talked to me.. im not going to stop going because overall its a very good clinic and very lovely people. I wish the vets were more understanding of individual pets and their people. But really over all it really is an absolutely lovely place.

They have been long time caregivers for our cat and dog. They are gentle and compassionate to both owners and pets. I would recommend.
