Professional and responsive, these folks took great care of our cats while we lived in Vancouver. Even during an emergency visit after an unfortunate accident with our cat's tail, they kept us calm and informed during the surgery. They combine expertise with kind service. Definitely recommend!

We've been to a couple of different vets in the city and while nothing was obviously wrong I wouldn't call them great.

That's the reason we sought out a new vet and after some research we saw this place came highly recommended.

After our first visit we can certainly see why, the professionalism of the vet techs and vets is second to none. Everyone has been incredibly knowledgeable and most importantly transparent. 

At no point have I ever felt I was being up sold or misled in treatment for my pets. 

We currently take both our Dog and Cat here and I am a very vocal supporter of this business to any pet owners enquiring about Veterinary offices.

All the doctors and staff are super kind, they love and are great at what they do. We cannot recommend Dr. Chung enough, she's absolutely sweet and caring, and you can really feel how much she truly loves animals when she interacts with your pet. Fenn sends her love!

Love this place! From our first visit they have been very kind and patient with our spaz of a rescue. Every time we go in they are happy to see our pup and our pup is happy to be there... Until she realises why she is there.

Expensive ! But very friendly vet technicians and very helpful veterinarians. If you love your pet than this is the place to bring them if they need to be checked out  trust me I'm extremely cheap so to say come here means I value my cats friendship more than I care about having 0 money.
