My rabbits have seen 4 vets and Dr. Chow is the best! She knows rabbits very well and handles them very gently with a warm heart. My rabbits don't get upset after seeing her because they don't hide under the sofa when they get home. Highly recommend!

Dr. Chow is professional, kind and realistic. I am so glad I found her. Staff is also incredibly helpful and accommodating. First vet clinic where I don't feel like I'm being bombarded by add-on sales and unnecessary procedures. Highly recommended.

Dr Chow is amazing. I have never met a more knowledgeable, sincere, and caring vet. She has a lot of experience with rabbits, and other small animals. Highly recommended.

Cindy is the best veterinarian hands down. She really cares about her patients and her clients. She tells it like it is.

Great vet for rabbits and exotics. Dr. Chow is well-trained from the University of Guelph which was the leader in exotic animal care. She is sympathetic and knowledgeable. By and far, she is the bet veterinary that I have had for my pets in the Vancouver area.
