When we had to have our 12 year old cat, Lilli, put down recently everyone at the clinic was so kind, caring and understanding yet professional it made things much easier to bear. After discussions and deciding this was the right course of action to take, the euthanasia procedure was fully explained to us, we were then taken into a separate quiet room where we were allowed to spend as much time as we needed, at each step of the procedure, to stay with our little lady and say goodbye to her properly. She went very peacefully and it was definitely as good an experience as having to have your cat put to sleep could have been. Thank you specifically to Dr. Alex, as well the others who helped us, everyone was very considerate and caring.

Super disappointed with this place. Beware as they will scam you for as much money as possible and give your pets unnecessary medications just to make more money. I took my golden retriever here because he was licking his paws and had a bit of a rash on his legs so I was obviously concerned as I hadn't seen this in any of my previous dogs. When I got there, they told me he was allergic to the food I was feeding him (after a year of being on it) and said I need to be feeding him the food that they sell at the front of their clinic because everything else is basically garbage... NEWS FLASH, I was already feeding him the food that they sell there (Royal Canin). Obviously they were trying to sell me on their food telling me the cause of his issue was from something it clearly wasn't. Once I told them my dog is actually already eating that food, they then changed their diagnosis and said he had another type of infection (without doing any tests) that said he needed to be treated with antibiotics... $400 later, they provided me will all these unnecessary medications. I went and got a second opinion because I didn't feel right about the entire experience of being there and I find out it's simply just SEASONAL ALLERGIES. The second vet that I went to said any qualified vet should know that just by looking at him and they just said it was an infection to up sell me on a bunch of unnecessary stuff. Sure enough, I treated him for seasonal allergies by bathing him and using Vitamin E oil and sure enough, he was just fine a few days after and the rash went away. I called them back and said I'm not giving my dog any of this medication that they gave me and I'm pissed off that they clearly told me it was something it's not only to take my money. Not only was I mad about the money, but the fact I would have fed my dog unnecessary antibiotics! The girl I originally spoke with apologized and said no worries, I wouldn't have to pay for any of it... Next thing I know, I'm getting a call from a collections agency informing me they sent an 'outstanding' bill to them after after they said they wouldn't charge me for it. Obviously at this point, I was forced to pay it in order to no affect my credit. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE PEOPLE!!!

Once again we have had excellent service. Our dogs have no fear when entering the office, where they know they will be greeted with love and care. Wonderful service, excellent care and seniors discount on their already reasonable prices. We travel 45 minutes each way to get there, but it is worth the drive.

Brought my cat here a few times. They were very careful and nice to him, because he was quite scared. The prices here are the best in the lower mainland for surgeries, neuters, etc. I feel very confident in this vet. The staff are super kind to both people and pets! Will definitely go back whenever needed for my little man.
