Customer service is fine in my experience, never as rude as the other reviewers, sometimes "average" The quality of the shoes though is excellent, great prices for the quality of the leather, frequent sales. My go-to store for sandals and heels

I love shopping at l’intervalle Laval, the staff are very friendly, always ready to help me, I love the style and I always have lots of compliments on my shoes, if my size is not available I feel confident to order it from Laval store and have it delivered to my home knowing that the staff will do their best to do the exchange or return if not what I exactly expected

Amazing shoes, the quality/price is unbeatable! The staff and manager are great too, they are always really helpfull

If I could leave a lower review I would. Not only was the manager or assistant manager beyond rude, they answered the phone with extreme attitude when only being asked if a shoe was in stock and then proceeded to instantly hang up without us even getting the chance to respond. When we called back they said they were extremely busy as their reasoning to closing the telephone on us. This is an unacceptable response and we will never be returning to L'intervalle again. If you are too busy then simply don't pick up the phone. Better yet, since treating someone with respect is also difficult it may be best to just close up shop altogether.

Zero stars Requested help because they sent me the wrong size shoes. Took 2-3 days to reply Ask to send correct shoes, took days and days and still no help Decided i will return all my order. Request in less then 7 days resent 5 requests still no reply They finally answer after the 14th day and now say “ sorry you past the 14 day policy to get a return”. Scammers Do nor shop here. Especially online

Please be aware before you buy anything from them. The quality of their shoes is inexistant, not to mention their service is horrible. I purchased a pair of leather boots and after a month only, there is a visible hole on them. I reached out to them only to be told that this is “not a manufacturing defect” and it is due to wear and tear. I insisted that I’ve only owned the boots for a month and wore them 3-4 times only & indoors only. They continued to insist that they will do no exchange and no refund. What a scam. I will never buy from L’Intervalle again.

Rude, disrespectful and agressive manager. I feel bad for the sales lady who was trying to help me with a return a pair that I’ve received damaged -twice-. Will never step foot in that store again. L’intervalle used to be my go-to spot, but I’m afraid the quality is just not the same anymore.

So I spent an approximate of 400$ for shoes/boots. Two of them were not glued properly so I decided to bring the boot back and all I got was "i cannot do anything for you, it's not my problem if you cannot walk with heels." - Mariette....... so we checked the boots and all of them were glued properly and the one I had was not. So yeah, don't bother going there. Unless you want someone to shake with attitude while they are talking to you .

I saw the first L'Intervalle store at Sherway Gardens and was so happy to find a store offering innovating and fashion forward footwear with premium quality at an reasonable price point! Ordering on-line I had to do some size exchanges, all customer service relations via email and in-store is amazing, they are super supportive and aim to keep you happy! Great company, amazing footwear selection! - Thank you!
