So I was looking at a computer part (GPU) online and it seems like this store had it when using the Store Availability feature. Just to make sure, I phoned them in, and the man on the phone said yes, they have it. Asked my dad to do it since I was tired and don't have a license anyway, so he drove 40 minutes to get there, then when he came in they said that no, it's out of stock and we should check other retailers such as Best Buy. Either the guy on the phone was lying to my face, the staffs are highly incompetent, or their online service is broken (which I would doubt so coming from such a big retailer like Staples). The only good thing was there weren't any waiting time so it was nice and the man was prompt and polite. But I am very disappointed in my overall experience.

Great service! Melissa, who served me was very helpful, knowledgable and did her best to provide a friendly and timely service. The store is also very nice and has a huge variety of products for all stationery, electronics and other similar needs.

The technical dept of the Cote Vertu store is one of the best! Johnmary and his team are extremely professionals, courteous and knowledgeable!

Very rude manger. Doesnt give any respects towards customers, and embrasses them towards other customers and employees. Wilm never again go back to this location.
