Great shop, knowledgeable staff. It’s nerd centric, so if you don’t know your stuff, bring a nerd pal along with (we’re harmless). They’re not traditional sales people, so while there’s no ‘white glove’ service, there’s likely no hard sell either.

These guys are gold. Took my desktop in and it turned out to be a quick fix. Not only did the rep fix the problem, but also provided guidance on how to maintain my equipment for the future. Give a man a fish, but teach a man to fish scenario here. Prices are good (meaning better than most) and the service, superlative.

got a new computer from them. Didn't work. Took me multiple arguments, phone calls, trips back and forth dropping off and picking up the computer after it was "fixed" (which it never was). After a while I got sick of just bringing it back so I asked for a replacement. Got an earful from that, they claimed it was passed the 30 days when clearly I had been trying to get it fixed since day 1. One of the repair guys accusing me of breaking the computer myself.... finally after convincing them I got a lemon, I get a fresh system... That one doesn't work so (once again after much difficulty) they give me a credit which I use to purchase my current laptop.. After a week I noticed the track pad was a little sketchy but I let it slide cause I didn't want to deal with them. Now I'm having more problems but I seriously don't even want to think of going back there.
