An absolute embarrassment. I came in for simple printing assistance, and the two women at the counter were worse than useless—they were actively unhelpful. When I asked to have documents printed from the counter, they flat-out refused and dismissed me to the self-serve machines with zero instruction. To make matters worse, I watched them blatantly ignore another struggling customer right in front of them. It got so bad that I had to step in and do their jobs for them by helping the other lady myself.
I visited this location on Thursday to make some copies and return an Amazon package. When I arrived, there were two female employees at the “Print Me” counter. I politely showed one of them my Amazon return email with the return code. She told me I needed to print out the return document, which confused me, but I followed her instructions anyway.nnWhen I tried to use the printer, I wasn’t familiar with the machine, so I asked her for help. Her response felt dismissive and not very kind. I then turned to the other employee, who looked even more annoyed and did not assist me at all. Eventually, I managed to make some copies but still couldn’t print the Amazon return label. I asked the first employee again and showed her the same email. This time, after actually reading it, she told me, “Oh, you don’t need to print anything—just go to counter 4.”nnI was very disappointed. I had wasted so much time because I was given the wrong information in the first place, even though I had asked politely. I didn’t expect them to treat me like royalty—I only expected correct answers and a little attentiveness to my questions. Instead, both employees acted as though they were annoyed by my presence.nnTo make matters worse, I later realized I had accidentally left my ID card on the copy machine. I called the store, but no one answered. The next day my husband went to ask about it, and he was told it wasn’t there.nnThis entire experience left me feeling frustrated and upset. The employees looked pleasant on the outside, but their attitude and lack of customer care made it a very negative visit for me.
So now i understand y this location only 3.3 starsnMost employees are not motivated and doesn’t want to help. Many times a lady was doing nothing and just stands there instead of asking if we need help. But today as of oct. 8th, 2025 from 9:30am-10am I was there waisted my time and didn’t get anything done. I was lining up on line 5 , there was 4 people in line ahead of me. So I patiently waited. When it was my turn this guy « name Vincent was pretty rude » he decided to just walked away. So i nicely ask him how much longer he be back then he responds « I don’t know, you can wait or you can leave » and just walked away. Honestly I don’t think he comfy with his position. This location need new teams.
This bureau en gros preys on people who are less fortunate. In order to print a document that is confidential you must go on a computer and the computer is charging $.30 per minute or something. It makes no sense because you have to enter your private information in a computer whereas when you print documents on the printer it’s just on the printer and nobody has access to it. The bureau en gros next to my house. Let me print whatever I want, and it’s not in the neighborhood that’s in the east. I think they’re taking advantage of people and I think it is very sad to take advantage of people in that corner of the city to charge people $.30 to force them to open a document online instead of them just being able to print it is extortion
Terrible expérience in printing 2 files, the computers were out of service and it's too complicated to print from the printers. I spent 15dlls without printing anything and the customer service acted like if they were making the favor to help. At the end they didn't do anything so I décide to leave.nI really hope you put more attention on fixing the computers, making it easier to print and teach the employés to respond to the clients needs.
