Buffalo Wild Wings

I had a five dollar gift card on my phone and I asked the server to take my phone. Instead she threw a pen at me and told me to write it down, I have bad hand writing and she came back saying there was nothing on the gift card when I knew that wasn't true. I gave her my phone with the picture of the gift card and asked for her manager. Amanda apparently never got to see my phone as the incompetent server didn't show it to her. I showed the manager my phone and sure enough the five dollar gift card worked. HOWEVER! They let my sister, who is a college student and has no money pay my $26.31 bill. They didn't even offer to give her back the money and let me pay because I Sure AS HELL would not have tipped my incompetent server. This was just the tip of the ice burg of a horrible night. Now I know this is buffalo wild wings and you aren't going to get five star services but at least accept you own damn gift cards. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

Buffalo Wild Wings is usually my go to place. I love the variety of food and the amount of food. This is a great place to go out with friends to watch games, UFC fights, and to just hangout. I recommend this place to anyone especially due to the amazing staff. Even when they are busy and stressed they are always on top of their game.

Great wings but customer service is terrible. We ordered out and they didn't bring us any of our vegetables and all the wings were in tiny boxes covered in sauce, even the outside of our bag was covered in sauce and got all over my coat and car. When I got home and called to let them know they forgot all of the sides the kid that picked up the phone just said "okay, you want to talk to a manger?" And I said no, I just wanted to let you guys know and thought I'd get at least an apology. And he just said "I asked you if you wanted to talk to a manger." So rude! So then said I'd talk to a manger and sat on hold for 10 minutes and no manger ever came. You may have good food, but you need good service as well for customers to come back.

Great sauce and beer selection! So many options and screens to decide from. I loved the growler option as well. Service was good as well

Service and wing quality can be hit or miss. Wait staff seems to have big turn over as we're in there 2-4 times a month for lunch and rarely see the same people. The hostess station could be a bit more professional and organized. But the sauces make up for it.
