Buffalo Wild Wings

We were starving after an appointment so the nearest thing was this place. I ordered 15 wings they were lukewarm and so were my fries . The Bbq wings weren't good at all but the lemon pepper and Asian zing is AWESOME! . My mom ordered a cheeseburger..The cook messed up my mom's food . But it was pretty dang good when they brought her the second plate . I know cause I had a bite .If our food would of been HOT and CORRECT..I'd give them a higher rate. Can't disappoint hungry people like that lol.

While the servers are great, the management is horrible. The temperature is about 80 degrees in this restaurant. While the servers were happy to open a door for us to cool things off they were also irked at how it is consistently hot, the manager - who was clearly on a power trip, would not lower the temp. To make matters worse, he told our group he's happy to let us leave. To provide some perspective, our group spent roughly $2k across a 2 day period when we represented about 75% of the population of patrons. Unfortunately for the restaurant, we're taking our business elsewhere as requested.

Went on a Friday night and it wasn’t packed but still busy. The hostess let us know food was going to an hour, which we weren’t in a rush. Was seated, order an 2 apps, came fairly quickly, and food did take about an hour. What was nice about the experience was letting us know upfront the food was going to be longer than expected.

Bartender was great. But they literally ran out of red wine. Wings were undercooked for my tastes but the bartender did offer to replace them. Celery and carrots looked like they were laying around too long.Food: 3/5

Service was good and pretty much on time for our take out. They did forget a few small things like celery and sauces nothing major though. They were also completely out of boneless chicken….?

Edit:2023 Must have new management, entire atmosphere IS SO MUCH BETTER. Wait staff very knowledgeable and friendly. Bone in chicken wings are still horrible call yourself buffalo wings LOL. Menue has a tremendous selection I recommend anything except Bone in chicken wings 2nd visit and it was worse than the first one. Had to go for a fundraiser.

Submitted an order for pick up about 2 hours before I wanted to pick up. Expected time for pick up was 7:10 - They weren’t ready until 7:50! Top it off they didn’t give me all of the items I paid for and when I called they told me 5-7 business days for a refund. The store was not busy - about half the tables were occupied. Would never visit this location again.

A family of six and we spent an hr and 30 mins just waiting for our food. Either get more workers or close down until you can. Worst service I've ever had at any restaurant! Get ya'll act together fast!

This location has yet to make a burger correct for any takeout order through their app or DoorDash. Attempts to get it corrected are ignored by both companies. Cheese Curd Bacon Burger, remove the garden and sauces. Comes with garden, sauces, salad style bacon bits, no curds, and burnt to hell. Quit trying to copy SmashBurger style beef patties, your meat isn’t fatty enough for any flavor to be left.

My wings were disappointing, lemon pepper and sweet bb. The burgers are pretty good. Atmosphere very sports centered.
