Great food and a great place to stop! They've never let me down and the food is ready on time! There's always tons of people, but they fill the orders, as they are received! And, I would suggest ordering online and picking it up, if you order in store, you can guarantee a 45min wait, just depends on who's ordering! But, I would definitely recommend wingstop!
I did a walk in order so I expected to wait but everyone continued to check on my order even though it was insanely busy. Very friendly staff even through chaos of a Friday night and new employees. Food was fantastic.Food: 5/5
Came in to pick up order and 2 employees came in from outside on break. Both wreaked of pot!!! And bloodshot eyes, wow what a freaking joke, food was good tho lolFood: 5/5
Employees are too stupid to help customers in the correct order. You can stand there 20 minutes and just get ignored. Everyone in there has an attitude and they seem to want customers to leave when they tell you it's gonna be an hour till you get your food.
I can’t begin to express how disappointed I was with my order. Especially, after leaving the other location on Central Ave. I attempted to call the store and speak to the manger and explain the situation and he was extremely rude to me. And given the app did not email a receipt nor did the store give me a receipt he refused to correct my order. This was all after he kept me waiting on the phone. Advice: just make your own chicken at home.

Usually good, but today received brown celery sticks and expired brownie that says use by 12/25 which was 3 days ago.
16-21 minutes for a web order. ACTUAL time 60. But good was all there.Food: 5/5
We ordered at 11:50 and was told about 15min we got our order at 12:20. The picture is of the ice tea that I was given. As you can tell there was no tea just water. I took it up to the counter and the staff member took it dumped it and threw the cup away. She never said sorry would you like something different. I find that so very rude as I didn't matter . I sat and waited for something to be done about it. After about 10min I went back up and told them to take my food off as I no longer wanted it. She looked confused and turned to the manager told him what was going on. He checked the tea machine and said it was okay. I told that was not true and took him back up and showed him. At that time he gave me the money back. Offered to five me the wings for free and I told him no thanks. They gave me the wings and fries for free. Offered me something else to drink I refused. I give manager alot of credit for making it right. Never got an apology from the staff member
