Loved it. Was my first time going. Can't wait to go again. Had a turkey dinner w mashed potatoes n all the fixings n biscuits Kid-friendliness: Great places to have breakfast or dinner w the family. Parking: Lots of parking Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access inside w wheelchairs lots of room
I ordered the 2 piece hand-breaded chicken breast dinner. The chicken was very dry and over cooked. Mashed potatoes very runny and tasteless. It was delivered on time - actually several minutes early. If I would of eaten in, I would of sent it back. I've not been that happy with Bob Evans for awhile eating in or take out. Thought I'd give it another try. Will be a long time before I try again.
Came in on Sunday evening Dec 3rd. Waited forever to get waited on then forever get drinks. Finally got food and got fries instead of mashed potatoes. When they brought mashed potatoes they didn't have gravy. I gave up and ate it as is. Never got refills. Worst service I've ever gotten at a restaurant. Seemed like no one was trained and just thrown into the job. Our waiter was nice but not trained well.
The waitress was very outgoing. She appeared to be working pretty much alone. There werent any cars in ghe parking lot when I got there. I thought maybe the store had closed. The food was not as i remembered. Sad to see such a great establishment go the corporate way where everything has to be done as cheaply as possible for the bean counters.
I wouldn't recommend getting their holiday meals for the family. Very overpriced for the quantity given. Paid 85.99 and literally only got about 8 pieces of very very thin turkey and maybe 6 pieces of ham. Got a whole half of a cup of cranberry relish. The other side dishes had plenty and the food was tasty. You're taking your chances if you're trying to serve a big family.
I had never been to this Bob Evans Restaurant but a couple of friends decided we would eat at this particular restaurant. We had excellent service and the entire was accomodating and very friendly. I will be returning to this Bob Evans in the future.
The service was really good and the prices are fair. My guests with me have never been to a Bob Evans before and they really enjoyed their burgers and fries. Generally, when you want a breakfast, you can't go wrong Bob Evans, and I'm glad I was able to find one while on vacation. They have some souvenirs to buy as well, which is fun. I picked up a couple of shirts and one of them is 100% cotton which shocked me.
Good food and great service but it was so cold ..Food: 4/5
We've ordered 3x from this particular Bob Evans. It's close to work and thought it would be a good idea. First time, was pretty good. Second time, wild fire salads were made incorrectly, no BBQ sauce on it... which is why it's even called a wild fire salad. Bessie Mae, I believe her name was, was wonderful... made us 2 correctly made salads. A little grossed out by the long haired kid behind the counter, repeatedly flicking his hair as he walked back and forth by food. Ordered again today. Hardly any chicken on the salads, pieces ripped up, dry, and... someone obviously cut our banana bread in half, making 2 pieces from one. Skinniest skimpiest most pathetic little banana bread slices ever. Over $20 for these 2 salads. Guess we'll be heading back to briarfield cafe for lunch from now on. Very disappointed.
What a disaster. Arrived 7pm for a quick supper. Nine people waiting but all tables were empty. Six men boys behind counter. Only 6 booths with people eating. We waited 35 minutes to be seated. Potato soup was a scorched yellow. BLT not up to par. Need help with hiring and customer service??
