3/23 waitress was lovely . Food came out at a decent time. Only complaint is my wonton tacos , they were cold and they looked and tasted like an old order. And they were cold. Made me feel like they either gave me a order that was sent back or it set out way to long. So I was extremely disappointed in that. That was the whole reason why I went there. But everything else was good

Picked up an order to go. Besides the fact that we're missing two of the sides, One of the burgers had a patty that was missing bites out of it and they tried to cover it with cheese and melt it over it. This is absolutely unacceptable and totally disgusting that they're handing out a patty that somebody took a bite out of or two. Called spoke to manager Troy and part of his answer was he was on the line personally and did not see anybody eating anything but he'll refund the burger. How utterly disgusting!!

The wait staff was very helpful in helping us figure out the menu. The food came out fast and was hot and fresh. The waitress came back to the table several times to check on us which was great. We were a family of eight and we were taken very good care of even during the busy time. We love it when we get our money's worth great job Applebee's

The food was sooo good and the drinks, oh my goodness! Dangerously delicious! Our server was amazing and so sweet!

Got there at about 3:20. Place was almost empty except for about 10 people waiting to be seated. Told us there would be at least a 15 minute wait. I asked why when places was empty. They said only 1 server as they had sent all servers home early so we had to wait til dinner servers arrived around 4 pm. Once finally seated waitress took our order, brought us food then never checked back for refills on our drinks or to see if everything was OK. Just brought check. Poor service.

Went there for my birthday dinner because I was leaving the casino and it was late so most other places were closed. I got a steak that was completely raw, raw shrimp, raw boneless wings and everything was absolutely disgusting. I wasn't able to eat any of my food due to its uncooked condition. I believe this cook that was working this particular night had absolutely no idea what he was doing. I have been to this location several other times without any of these issues, sadly because of this experience I don't believe I'll ever be back.

Very disappointed. Visited on my fiancé birthday arrived around 5:30ish for happy hour which online it states 3pm-6pmwas told we would be charged regular prices due to happy hour ending at 5pm. I explained to the waitress and showed her what online says happy hour times are. She told me that they just changed it back to 5pm “last month” So we asked would the still honor it since it’s misleading and was told the manager said “NO”... my “frozen” drink was sugary and liquid smh our food was delayed but good no complaints about that part but very disappointed in the customer service our waitress was nice but overall disappointed

Our server was great, once we got a table. They were so short staffed that we had to wait 30+ mins even tho the restaurant only had about 10 small tables of customers. The food was mediocre at best unfortunately.Food: 2/5

If I could give 0 stars I would. Purely because I’ve worked in the food industry for 6+ years and this was the worst treatment, service and food I was given. The male manager was extremely rude after I explained my steak was raw and my server had not visited our table since she took our order. To the point my friend had to go to the bar and order another beer because the server was standing in the back. I never ever complain I always try to be understanding due to the fact I know how hard it is out here for restaurants right now, but this was pure carelessness and disrespect towards customers.

Waitress was nice 4/5. My burger was small and salty. We waited less than 10 mins at peak dinner hours on a Tuesday.Food: 3/5
