We are here for lunch today for my birthday & our waitress Amanda was seriously the best waitress hands down she was such a huge sweetheart & so polite and was really on top of making sure that we were satisfied from start to finish. She did not make us feel Rushed and even though she was busy she still kept a HUGE smile on her face. She made the whole experience and atmosphere that much better. The food was so amazing ALL OF IT. Amanda I’m not sure if you will see this review but because of you and the great food we definitely plan on coming back ! Thank you for being an amazing person !
The food was great. Always good service is rendered. Thanks Sabrina fir your professionalism. You were wonderful and my friends and I appreciated you. The Pecan and Strawberry salad was delicious My friends ordered the Chucken bites, Mac and chz, shrimp and they were satisfied.
Can't wait to go again. Food was great I got ribs n chicken caeser salad w mashed potatoes. onion pedals for the appetizer.
A little pricey but food was delicious. Got the wild West shrimp appetizer and it was quite tasty. Although it's a steak place I went with the rack of ribs and was not disappointed. Too much for me to eat so got to take some home. Our waiter Cody was a gem as well. Great service.
Oh man one of the best experiences yet ! I forgot what our servers name was but she has dark hair and was working New Year’s Eve in the back left section said she’s normally a evening server but she was on her game super friendly and very knowledgeable of the menus everything came out hot and fresh !!!
I used to be a Longhorn steakhouse guy, but it's just not worth it anymore. The grades of steaks they are using are definitely cheaper now. The quality they are selling is something I would expect at Cracker Barrel. Not a "steak" place. The service was great. The salad was not good. Full of huge chunks of bruised, outer leaf, bitter lettuce.
Their lunch specials are great Food was ok service was good. Didn't have to ask for refills or more bread sit @ the bar However I had 3 cores in my salad nasy Noone wants to eat that part of the lettuceDine in: Yes
Nothing like walking in at 7:20pm on a Monday night, standing at the bar, where I was directed to stand by the hostess, waiting for 5+ minutes to place an order only to have forgotten I was using my invisible spray cologne today. Nobody could see me so I was vlatsntly ignored by the manager, 2 bartenders, and of course the hostess would not be expected to take any initiative to follow up to make sure gusts are being attended to. Glad there are other steakhouses in the Toledo area who are more than willing to take my money since Longhorn apparently doesn't want my business. They're steady but certainly not busy so there really is no excuse.
Had the best experience and outstanding food tonight at this location! Danny was our server and made the entire night enjoyable! He was extremely friendly and made the dine in exceptional!! Such a professional with the greatest personality. When you have a server like him, the ambiance feels comfortable and fun. Looking forward to returning soon and will definitely hope to get Danny’s section!! Outstanding job!! Thank you
Great place to eat, they have a variety of good options for if you or someone in your party doesn't particularly enjoy steak, like myself. All of their chicken options are delicious and always juicy and full of flavor. Their appetizers are also all very good. Friendly staff, wait time usually isn't over 20 minutes, and they give you the option to wait in your car until they have a table ready to you so you don't have to sit shoulder to shoulder with people in the lobby. All of the servers we have had have always been super friendly and you can tell they work hard. They're all deserving of a hefty tip. Even on busy days, they get your food to you in a timely and efficient manner. Drink selection for alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks is plentiful, which is always a nice bonus. The only thing that knocked a star was that my boyfriend, an avid steak eater, always says that they slightly overcook to his standards, but the meat is still plenty enjoyable. He says to knock down what you usually order. So, you order medium, for example, knock it down to the lower level of rarity that you like to increase your chances of getting exactly what you want. It really depends on whose cooking, though. A favorite go to resturant, none the less.
