Louis Vuitton Montreal Ogilvy

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I've bought a lot here and I've had great service. Odette and Jeanine are my faves. Everyone has been friendly and helpful. I don't know everyones names but the manager Rashma has also been sweet and accommodating. . I think some of the reviewers are sensitive and expect to be waited on hand and foot. Your perception of someones opinion of you is just that, a perception. To say the sales associates think they're better than you is ridiculous. Did you ask them if they thought that? Making assumptions is never good! This store has better customer service than the Louis Vuitton at Yorkdale Mall in Toronto too. If you look at some of the 1 star reviews on here you'll see that those reviewers ONLY leave 1 star reviews!

A staff was looking down on me but I prepared my cash to buy the bag 🤦‍♀️ I bought it on the website instead 😂 but the store is quite nice , good vibes , luxurious and spacious 😁

I have read many bad reviews about the Louis Vuitton Montreal Ogilvy and to be honest I was dreading going in. I live in Ottawa so this location is the nearest for me. I went in with a vintage piece looking to redo the leather as it was not in the best condition. When I walked in I had the pleasure of dealing with Miss Odette. I was so happy that she helped me, I have read many great reviews about how friendly she is. I kept gushing that the reviews were 100% accurate, she is not ony friendly but she made the experience at the store so much better. I did not know which bag to purchase so she spent 30 mins with me while I decided and also talked me out of redoing my vintage piece. She looked over my bag and told me it was still in good condition and to wait another year or 2. My overall experience at LV Montreal was so good and I kept gushing to Miss Odette about the great reviews about her online. She was so sweet and almost cried when I told her I was really hoping to get here and she was even nicer in person. If you are going to this location I would try to get Miss Odette =) You will not regret it. I ended up in the store for an hour and walked out with 2 pieces both wrapped up very nicely in their own bags

The service is amazing !! I bought the speedy 30 in may 2015. After a year i had some tear around the glance so i went back and they replaced it with a new one for free :)

Your average LV shop that is located in the heart of the downtown area of Montreal. It is adjoined with a shopping complex. The staff here seems nice, however there can be a lot of traffic here. You would usually need to wait for an S.A. to be free in order for them to assist you.
