The only mall where you will see old ladies shopping with their Yorkshire terrier barking. Ogilvy is definitely more of a luxury mall where there is often a cringing bagpipe player walking around and screeching your ears. However, you can find nice stuff on sale from time to time, and service is very attentioned when required. You can get a free and cute little Ogilvy branded water bottle. Ambiance is a bit dull, and the place usually feel empty. They got a very cute animated Christmas village during holidays, worth seeing if passing by.

LIFE IS NOT A VIDEO GAME - IT INVOLVES REAL HUMANS If what you get is what you read and see, Especially if it is at Ogilvy (1307, rue Sainte-Catherine Ouest, Montreal, Canada, H3G 1P7) Then you are highly advised to throw in the trash the movie, When your customer service involves, Profanity, obscenity and vulgarity, Of mind, spirit, tongue and body. If what you get is what you read and see, And realize that you are nothing more than a Quarter, In a giant symphony to either yours' or God's glory Unfortunately for you Ogilvy, No matter how many times you restructure, Or get sold, and resold, and demonstrate apathy, The public will wake up and smell the coffee, And refuse to be spat on, and insulted indiscriminately, By your staff who are foaming at the mouth, With hatred, incompetence, and arrogance, Just to try and purchase; forget about wearing, Your useless Tiffany, Rinaldi and Bugatti. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY If this is what Ogily Canada does to customers in public, I cannot and do not, want to imagine or know what they do to their employees in private, or to any of God's children, on any given floor or their store, and certainly not in their basement. Santa Daniel is hereby replacing Santa Claus' effective immediately: do put all of your movies and video games in the trash, they are heretofore historically inaccurate, factually anachronistic, timely obsolete, and if the future obsolete, especially those containing obscenity, vulgarity and profanity. The pretension that they refuse to entertain a customer looking for Christmas stamps with scenes of the Nativity on them, and that they refuse to acknowledge Jesus-Christ as King of Christmas is their choice and opinion which they are entitled to, but that Ogilvy Canada refuses to acknowledge one simple fact of customer service excellence, that “The customer and his shopping needs/questions is king, in unacceptable behavior and service of the most base and intolerable nature for any legitimate, civil and legal business operations, and which may or may not, lead to their eventual bankruptcy, or the disapproval and rupture of business relations with their various suppliers who will not tolerate this level on nonsensical, non-sensible, and irreducibly foul and revolting low levels or non-existent levels of customer service 7) decisions to be in disregard of federal law by illegitimate and unlawful refusal of service or access to service of a State sanctioned postal service (Canada Post) contained within their business premises and operating on their fourth (4th) floor.

very limited menswear,staff extremely unprofessional,lack any sense of style ,lazy,they don't even have good taste in clothes. it's always empty;I wonder who manages this place !
