I bought an item online on sale from them. Their return policy is horrible, and the company is not refunding the money but gives you a credit-note on your Bench.ca account for the merchandise returned. Also they do not cover the cover the shipping fee for the return and more than that they will deduct from the credit note the shipping cost for shipping it to you for free. Who does this, seriously? They products are not good quality and the price is high plus there are not made for all body types. If you are not tall and slim is not for you.
