WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!! I wanted to buy a dress. On a Sunday I called their number, 2-3 times, no answer. Ok maybe they are busy so I went to the store directy because it said it was open on google, but when i got there, they were closed! Already it doesn’t start good. On their door, there was a note saying to send an email for an appointment, so I did! I NEVER got back an answer. I called their number maybe 10 times the following 3-4 days, no answer and the voicemail is full so you can’t even leave a message. I also sent 1 DM.. and got no answer BUT they are super ACTIVE on their instagram stories lol. Days later I sent an other DM and someone finally answers a couple of days later saying “ Sorry for the delay someone will get in touch with you shortly”. Guess what? NO ONE EVER DID GET IN TOUCH WITH ME IN ANY WAY AND IT’S BEEN OVER 10 DAYS !!!!!!!

My favorite place to shop. The staff is so friendly and the atmosphere is great. Clothes are good quality, better than any other boutique downtown montreal. I highly recommend the clothing for a night out, cocktail event or lounging.

Purchased INUIKII boots and wasn't happy. Salimah did everything she could to help. Unfortunately, the company INUIKII couldn't do anything but she took the time to communicate with them and try to resolve the issue.

Very expensive apparel for the quality received. Customer service is almost none existent. It’s a hit or miss when you’re expecting a response from an email or DM.
