Our potatoes are fresh cut daily. Our fish portioned and lightly dipped.
We prepare all of our gourmet toppings, tartar sauce, vinaigrette, coleslaw, chilis, salsa & gravy. The ingredients used in our products are purchased from local farmers and bakers in our community.
