I am sorry to disagree with some other reviews, but during our visit on September 23, service was a serious issue for us. Food quality was good, as we expected, but it was over 30 minutes that we waited for that food after placing our order. When we were finally served, one of the dishes was not what we ordered, but frankly, we did not wish to prolong the experience by complaining. I specifically remember repeating for our server the chicken dish we wanted, but to no avail. After dinner we tried to tell someone we were served the wrong dish and were told that the one received was a good one. Not helpful, and in any case we would not have wanted to wait any longer. As it is, we had to wait longer for our check, and my wife noticed that a neighboring table seemed to have the same problem. It's just fortunate we did not have a show to attend that evening. I realize that any restaurant can have an atypically bad day, and so I hope that was our experience. nevertheless, we will think twice before we return.

We had an excellent meal. I had a delicious strawberry mocktail and we split the mixed platter to start between 3 of us, and it worked (it's made for two but we split stuff up). I enjoyed the butter chicken, mushroom rice, and plain naan. It was all very good. The menu showed what dishes would be mild or spicy which I appreciated.

Very good Indian fare! Very nice decor, very inviting and relaxing. We arrived at an extremely busy time on a Saturday night, and so ended up waiting a bit for our food, but not too bad. I would definitely take friends there for a fun evening.

I had the chance to take my mom for her birthday here this evening. The wait staff were great, food was great and came out quickly and they even surprised her with a birthday dessert, a blooming candle and birthday music! Thank you staff at Raja for the awesome experience, we will be back! Xx

Now this is a good place to eat. Quite possibly the best Indian restaurant on the planet.. possibly beyond.
