Gym has a lot of good machines... but...nnThe people that use this gym have no respect or gym etiquette. Weights left everywhere but where they belong, playes left in the only little stretching area they have dumbells are never retuned and have to go searching, no one is held accounatble, so the Place is always a mess. People vapping in the changerooms also. Men's toilets are always disgusting, it's likes guys don't know how to aim or lift a lid.nnOn weekends, if you want to use to exercise area, be prepared, the people that are there for the classes will set up, over an hour in advance and take up 75% of the floor space, and then walk away and leave it till the class starts.nnAll photos are taken on separate days.

This gym is amazing The vibe and the people are so inspiring. We are all here going after it and I really feel this is what sets this gym apart from others other gyms feel so sleepy, this one is anything but this along with the awesome equipment and staff, the staff are so welcoming and great to be around. I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Travis Landry, my Personal Trainer.nnI had taken off almost 9 months from a previous gym due to a shoulder injury. I have gone to physio many times and felt the need to get back into some type of an exercise class I have held a membership for a very long time with Fitness World, but had not attended this studio for many years. I decided to try a mobility class there and the instructor was Travis. After the class we had a discussion on what my goals were. Right away I knew that Travis was the person for me, he has an amazing personality, someone you want to be friends with!, so knowledgeable, professional, friendly, listens and means well. So I started working with him and absolutely love my Personal Training with him! My shoulder is getting more mobile and my overall strength and conditioning has improved! I just show up and he puts me to work! His expertise and knowledge in health and wellness has been invaluable in helping me to understand why it is so important to have exercise goals and to have a plan. Thank you Travis, your enthusiasm and positive attitude have also made the experience enjoyable and engaging. I would highly recommend to anyone who feels the need to have a plan to engage in health and wellness, to drop in and ask for Travis! I have worked with him for 15 sessions to date and have experienced remarkable results.

This is one of the best Fitness World locations I have been in the Lower Mainland. It can be busy but not always overcrowded like its other locations. The facility is clean and most equipments are functional. Free underground parking is great in the winter. A free childcare facility is great for parents. Two coffee shops across the street.nStaff is nice and helpful and I especially like their personal trainers. I have been working with Travis Landry for the past few months and he has been amazing. He constructed a systematic training program that is not only tailored to my requests but also included his professional inputs on areas that I have no knowledge of. He is able to adjust my program on the spot if a particular part of my body is not feeling well. He also has given me lots of information on better sleeping habits and better nutrition intake.nOverall a great gym.
