Paysafe

So, I had a really negative experience with these guys. I signed up for their service in June of last year, and was told I would be walked through the setup process to transfer from Intuit to Paysafe. They called to see how I was doing with their product, but I did have time to talk at the time. A year and a half passes without me being set up and finially I realize that I've been paying for their $27/month fee this whole time without ever being set up on the service. I called to ask for a refund and to cancel the service. But was refused the refund. I told them that I would be happy with a partial refund, just something so I didn't have a bad experience with their product, but they said they couldn't do anything for me. I think it's really unfortunate when a company doesn't try to make things better for an unsatisfied customer.

Corrupt HR hiring practices.. specially Quebecois ! Do not want to even talk to potentials. What a pity for once a great company
