They hooked me up to their network for a $250.00 fee and I was able to use my old terminal. The owner, Anthony Staphenhurst even helped me find a compatible pinpad on eBay. All went well for a couple years, and then it stopped working. I called their customer service number and getting no live agents but an automated service promising a reply within 24 hrs, I left messages which went unanswered. They have two tiers of service. One for small businesses like mine and one for higher paying customers. Guess which one gets neglected? I had to call Anthony at his house and he snidely replied how he hardly made any money (in transaction fees) of of me and when I pointed out the $250.00 I paid, he bragged about how his lawyer wife makes that amount in an hour. Can you believe that? No wonder all his other colleagues, like Jared Lang quit.
