Great exchange rate, much better that any bank. Fantastic customer service : I forgot my driver's license at the counter on my last visit and only found out on the following Sunday when the place was closed. I was leaving the following day to Mexico and needed it to be able to rent a car. I called an other branch who in turn contacted the owner. The owner drove to the closed Westmount branch, got my driver's licence and brought it to me. Literally saved my trip!

This place is run by some very incompetent staff who have no idea of the Customer Service. The owner is very rude and has no courtesy towards the customers. They announce attractive rates for your exchange. However, when you are there, they will waste your time with endless questions on creating an account. It's only thereafter that they will tell you that there is not enough cash available in their vault to proceed with the transaction. Do not trust their rates. It might very well be a teaser rate to get you in. Once in there, all you will have is a very rude owner and incompetent staff. Don't let this business waste your time!

Had no choice but to use them today. They wasted a lot of time creating an useless account. I don't like my information to be stored somewhere and I really hated it. I don't know why they ask purpose of transaction even though it's not a bank. It's a ForEx company not a BANK! I will dig into laws and see if are they legally allowed to ask this question. The worst thing is that they disrespected my country by saying obvious things. I know the country I'm from has problems but it doesn't give you a right to nag me about.

Horrible exchange place!! I got totally ripped off. I exchanged Canadian dollars for KRW and they undercut the current exchange rate by close to 13 cents. Instead of the bank exchange rate of 1 CAD - 91 cents KRW they exchanged at a rate of 1 CAD to 78 cents KRW. DO NOT GO HERE!

I think is the best currency exchange in Montreal, just because the rates beat everyone else.
