Long waits in line. Often only one teller for line of 8 people.

Some rude people work there. i deposited my paycheck  and the banker said i can not cash my cheque because they block my account. then they ask for my ID proof and i collected my proofs bring there . Because i am an international student so, i do not have anything beside my passport. Then a new banker said  she  need the slip of paycheck. they kept my money for two weeks and then released. 
next time i went to bank again to deposit the cheque then the same lady like before said she is going to block my account and i can not withdraw money because they  can not verify the cheque. if its real or not. I feel pissed off and get my money back after an argument.
