If i could have negative stars i would. No one to answer the phone at the branch. No replies to messages. This is an unbelievable way to run a bank. Choose any other Canadian bank

Clean and polite bankers but beware on colder days where the bank is closed and using the ATM means intruding in on sleeping bums in the lobby.
