CIBC Branch with ATM

Worst service I got at a bank and it sucks because I've been a client since I was born. Sadly it's the closest CIBC branch from my home. When I need a service I go at another branch since they are always kinder even though I don't know them. I recommend you the one on the corner of côtes-des-neiges and Édouard Montpetit! Otherwise just call the number on your card and they'll be of better help and usually answer under a couple of minutes if not directly.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Spoke to a woman about an issue and she had no idea what she was talking about and on top of that she was rude. I had to speak to a CIBC rep over the phone to get the issue fixed, complete waste of time going to this branch.

Went there to open a tfsa after over 1 hour it was supposedly done (with the help of a collegue because she didn't seem to know what she was doing!!) then I got a call saying the women who helped me forgot to make me sign a paper so I have to go back. One week later it was still not opened so I called the toll free number and the man said they emailed her saying it was declined because she forgot to put in some info she never called or said anything to me about this! Not only did she do her job really badly she never even bothered to call and tell me! Really bad service I don't understand what she's doing working there she clearly doesn't know what she's doing!! Im so mad I've been waiting for this account to invest and instead of taking around 5 days it's going to take like a month because of this place!!

Service à la clientèle HORRIBLE ! en fait, il n'y a aucun service à la clientèle. Impossible de parler à qui que ce soit. N'allez pas à cette succursale.

Ridicule .... service à la clientèle pitoyable , j'ai un compte la bas depuis 2 semaines et je vais le fermer se soir !!!!! Qu'elle honte de travailler pour Cibc.
