Everytime I go into this branch they seem to advise me improperly and end up causing me headaches and problems that are completely unnecessary due to their incompetence!
They have caused the following issues:
- advised me i had travel insurance only to find out i had travelled twice out of the country completely uncovered! had anything happened i would have been completely without help.
- failed to process account changes resulting in fees that i had not agreed to.
- failed to process things properly resulting in my credit card being sent to the wrong address (an address i have never lived at)!
- repeatedly failed to input information properly resulting in me having to correct it via the direct phone lines and waste tons of my time on hold.
- improperly processed address changes, causing my credit card to be on hold/cancelled, resulting in embarrassment and inconvenience when trying to complete a work-related transaction.
- advised me wrongly about credit information and the effects of changes on my person credit.
.....through all of this they have never even said "sorry" or admitted culpability for their actions, but rather, tried to blame me when i only ever acted under their advising. then they try to advise me to opt for more expensive accounts and such that dont satisfy my needs - aside from the fact that trying to make a sale while you are rectifying a mistake that is still not fixed is absolutely unprofessional! save yourself the headache, use the phone systems or travel to a competent branch!

The FP Jin Yao? was keep saying my other banks' investment and my personal advisors are not good. I have no idea why this person try so hard to say good things about him and denies my past investment performance. The front staff is always very friendly and helpful, not sure why this person is so pushy, don't like it at all. Totally negative experience.

They have enought tellers and they are very friendly. But their customer services are very slow.

I really appreciate the drive thru. I wish they had more tellers though, or at least have more when the lines are long.
