Many of the cigars in the humidor had mold on them.  I bought a couple that didn't look bad, but smoked one and found it to be over-humidified.  I also found there was very little under $10 a stick, with most in the $14-$20 range.

Absolutely the worst cigar experience ever,  usually a cigar store is great time. Lousy staff boarding on hostile. If you need a cigar,  find it elsewhere.

Wasn't shown any of the warming qualities I've read in other reviews from this establishment.

Sophisticated yet nerdy. Incredible selection excellent service comfortable Lounge to enjoy cigars in privacy and relaxation. Had the pleasure of visiting this place for the first time for my brother's stag party however he is a longtime fan of this excellent company and now I see why myself.

I am in town from Boston and decided to try it out.  The staff is friendly and they have a great selection of cigars.  The lounge in back is cozy, great TV and WiFI. I enjoyed the atmosphere and smokes.

This place was great!!! They had a fantastic selection from big brand to beautique brands as well. I'll definitely be coming back next time I am in Chicago

Good clientele and a knowledgeable staff. Great selection in the humidor. Definitely make sure to take some time to hang out in the lounge.

Selection interesting but the lounge is a big joke, a converted garage. Poor air conditioning,  no smoke vents so you leave smelly. Not like any other lounge I have visited.
