Bird's Nest Italian Street Food

Amazing cannoli!! Just got back from a street festival & tried several different kinds of their delicious cannoli. My favorite was the chocolate chip & my husband loved the chocolate dipped ones. The woman at the window was super friendly & sweet! Can’t wait until next year!

My wife and I hired Birds Nest food truck for our wedding this weekend and they are AMAZING! The food was delicious, the price point was a bargain, the process was a perfect fit and the vibe was exactly what we were after. They were very professional and friendly and all of our guest loved it! We highly recommend booking them for your event. Thank you Birds Nest for making our special day that much more special!

I went to the event at Roger Williams park tonight. This was excellent food and service. I had the chicken parm sliders: These sliders are ridiculously good. The chicken wasn’t chewy and the sauce was just right. I’ll be going to events this summer just for this spot. If you see this truck it’s a must stop.

I stopped by this food truck the other night and was so impressed. The food was just beyond unbelievable! I had never had deep fried manicotti and honestly cannot stop thinking of it because it was THAT amazing. The eggplant fries were delicious too! This is seriously the stuff that dreams are made of. I am already checking their schedule for next time!

My company has graciously hosted food trucks for us during the warm weather months. We've had several different ones, including Bird's Nest Italian Street Food and the Panini Trucks. Our employees love both of the Bird's Nest's trucks! As one staff member said, they are 'top notch'. They were a big hit! Melanie, John, and Michael, the owner, couldn't be nicer and make everything run smoothly. Word has it, they might be adding another truck that will be Mexican food. We can't wait!! So very happy we were able to add you to our list of vendors this year.

The pizza egg rolls were one of the best things I have ever had. The marina sauce had a hint of sweetness but wasn't too sweet. Everyone was very nice. Quick but everything was served hot!

There food is fresh the truck is spotless great staff great food try them out birds nest Italian street food and try the panini truck they also have a new truck this year called braised awesome food you won’t be disappointed

I had the opportunity to experience the wonderful food from the birds nest food trucks at the Marlborough food truck festival and the food was incredible, I had the arancini and it was delicious and fresh! I hope to try all their other menu items and intend to follow them to other festivals coming up! They deserve this 5 star rating for sure! I also would absolutely consider them to cater any events private or any catering needs!
