This place has really good food. It's hard not to find myself waiting in line whenever I go here. They serve up really big portions too. This place is a gem for the Spanish community and anyone who likes their food.Food: 4/5
I have been going here since I was a young boy. I love their food, it has so much flavor and good price overall. I always go with the Arroz con Gandules Yellow Rice with Green Pigeon Peas, Pernil Pork Shoulder, and Pollo Frito Fried Chicken. I also got 2 Empanadillas for my meal. Unfortunately when I went today they were out of Pork Shoulder so I went with the Bistec Encebollado Beef Steak with Onions and Peppers. There was a line ahead of us but service was good and people were served in a timely manner. It's a very respectful environment and always has been how I remember it. Only complaint would be the parking unavailability very limited
Always a line out the door and Always Great Food & Service : Parking...well if you know, you know! Parking: Ugh....
So far so good, I keep seeing a few bad reviews but when I order those same meals everything tastes amazing! . The rice could be slightly better with more herbs or better broth but other than that everything has been at a constant great standard.
Everytime my hubsand and I go to Worcester we always have to make a pit stop here nd grab some delicious authenic food.Recommended dishesRice Beans and Beef, W Rice and Beans, Pork Belly Chicharrón, Arroz Amarillo Con Gandules Pernil Y Aguacate, Arroz Con Gandules Y Bistec Encebollado Y Pollo Frito, Potato and Meat Ball
Most of the servers don't speak English, but the food is good. I wish I could speak Spanish. Food: 4/5
Great Flavor, that's why it gets 2 stars, the bad tho, first time ordering and will never again, i understand inflation and all, pricing wasn't bad here but the amount of meat inside all the appetizers is embarrassing, the empenadas were DRY, both the chicken and beef, the alcapurrias were hard on one side so was inedible, the pionono was not a pionono, it was mashed sweet plantain with the tiniest bit of ground beef, whenever i had a pionono it was sliced sweet plantain fried then rolled into a circle with ground beef stuffed and egg wash on top and bottom to fry on both sides, the rice was soggy but not bad, the beef stew had too many pieces with Fat on it, i didn't try the beans tho, the fried chicken was good as well as the Relleno de Papa but again NO FREAKING MEAT, VERY stingy with ground beef, most disappointing thing was the Alcapurrias, i love them but these almost made me cry with how disappointing they were, if they were fried better and Stuffed with meat then they would be perfect cuz the flavor was there
My grandma recently passed and missed having good Spanish food. I ordered to go with a friend and the rice was very soggy and both of our meat was all fatty pieces or super hard and crunchy skin with no actual meat. Waste of money and neither of us will be back.
Not all that, went here for the first time dint like it the alcapurias was so oily and nasty the chicharrón meat was dry as heck, food was horrible Money went down the drain had to throw my food away
I ordered a Sopa de Pollo"chicken soup" with white rice and it was delicious and fulfilling.Food: 5/5
