Phenomenal food and friendly and smiling staff. My new hope in life is to ever have a brisket this good again. Pulled pork and pulled chicken were excellent and tastefully seasoned. Portions were large. Just absolutely phenomenal experience!
I wanted to try something different and I wish I had not. I ordered the fried chicken, a Nashville hot for my daughter, baked beans, Mac and cheese and fries. The chicken was ok, but could have come out of the grease a little sooner. The bbq baked beans was TOO salty and the mac & cheese was not good. It has ritz crackers in it. I’ve never seen such a thing. It was nasty. My daughter took one bite and didn’t want anymore. I tried to eat it, but couldn’t get past crunching crackers in Mac and cheese. The beans and Mac and cheese got thrown away. It was definitely a waste of money for me. This place may be someone’s jam, but it’s not for me. I personally would not recommend to anyone I know.
Amazing food. Really amazing team creating some truly delicious food. I ate the Nashville hot chicken sandwich. It's stupid delicious. Even the sides a great. They have a lot of seating inside as well as a patio with additional seating outdoors. Some of the best BBQ in Worcester! You can't go wrong at BTs!! I'm a huge BBQ fan and absolutely loved this food. Pulled pork was phenomenal and every side I tried was worth going back for on it's own! You can get just cups or even pints of both the hot and cold sides. I've definitely gone in a few times just to get some mac and cheese when the salad I brought to work isn't cutting it for lunch. Lots of sauces to choose from for whatever style of BBQ you like
Food was so good. Chicken was tender yet crispy skin. They have a few different sauces to choose from and they were all tasty, but the chicken didn't need anything. Loved the Mac and cheese. Grits was a little runny, but it was still tasty. Service was great, all very nice and we didn't have to wait long for the food.Food: 5/5
First time visit to BTs. Was looking for a buffalo chicken sandwich. No dice. I did however discover BT's Nashville Hot chicken sandwich. I also ordered a medium sized cup of brisket chili. The order totalled approx $16. ....without a drink. It's a bit pricey but damn it's good! One notable mention is the awesomeness of their staff. Whoever does your hiring is right on! I'll be back....
My brisket was just 90% fat I probably gained ton of cholesterol just picking it up by my fingers paid $33 for a fried chicken breast n 2 ribs n ton of beef fat 2 side order, n a cornbreadFood: 2/5
My name is John, I came here and had credit card troubles. I drove to get cash and came back and the manager was so understanding and nice. He really hooked me up. Now the food was amazing. I lived in the south and this was as close as I've had to southern BBQ. It scratched an itch I have claimed unreachable by Northern standards. The Mac N cheese was phenomenal, the beans were perfectly seasoned, but the meat? The Meat was amazing. It truly is worth talking about, moist, tender and so much flavor. The portions were huge! I can eat off a week for a meal for one! The chicken sandwiches are better than Popeyes, by a lot. So much flavor and great spice! I might be a bit biased at the high level of service they provided, but this is now my new favorite place. I will be a regular for sure. Parking: Easy parking, multiple entrances, lots of space
This restaurant has great bbq but even better employees. They ask your name first and introduce themselves. I have NEVER been to a place with more friendly and personable people in Mass. Food portions are big! I recommend getting Mac n cheese and collards as your sides!
I am not exaggerating when I say I received some of the best customer service and food when picked up my takeout tonight. The employees were beyond friendly and utterly genuine! Without fantastic food this would still be a great visit just based off the VIBE alone. But then the food is amazing, hot and generously portioned. Great people who clearly enjoy serving delicious food in our beautiful city! Thank you guys. Making Worcester proud.
